Okay, my cat is around 2 years old. She has been a pretty healthy cat. Not really sick ever, runs around and does her little kitty cat things. She had 4 kittens about 1 and a half ago, which is when we found her. But lately, she has stopped eating, losing weight quite rapidly and has been vomiting anything she does eat/drink. She has been a hunter, she was the cat that de-moused the neighbors and my house, she would eat the mice, if not leave them on the porch for taking her in. She stopped eating her cat food, so I thought maybe she's being picky and started feeding her ham and well meat trying to get her to get some weight and get healthier, but yesterday she wouldn't eat it, and today she threw up everywhere... I don't understand what could be happening with her./: I'm scared I'm going to have to lose my baby girl...

Hello Kaisersindi,

I agree with the other two posters. You posted two days ago. Your
kitty sounds like she's very ill. You said lately she's stopped eating,
lost weight quite rapidly and vomits everything she eats and drinks.
I know a fair bit about cats. I have had a total of three cats in my
life time so far.  Your cat's symptoms are very concerning.
If your precious cat, that's how I see cats is not drinking or eating
and throwing up everything, you need to take her to your vet.
I assume you have a vet your cat goes to. It's best to take her to a
vet she already is familiar with because that vet has her records and
will be a better choice right now than a brand new vet who doesn't
know your cat's history. Please don't feed her things like ham to
put on weight. That's probably what she threw up. Please for her
sake bring her to a vet today. If she hasn't had anythng to drink or
eat she could become dehydrated and it can become even more
serious. You love your cat so she needs you to take her to her
animal doctor. I hope you do this even today. It sounds to me like
its already serious. Whatever it is, she needs to been seen by a
vet and immediately. We ( my husband and I ) faced a similiar scenario
with one of our cats about a year ago. I'm sorry to say, she's no longer
with us. She passed away. It doesn't mean yours will. But get her help,
please. Show your love for her, take her to your vet. Good luck.

your kitty really needs to see a Vet asap....she is very ill and yes you will lose her if you don't get her in right now. cats go into organ failure within a couple days of not eating...
also the vomiting she could well have a blockage in her bowel.....
please don't spend more time online looking for an answer she really does need a Vet, I can't emphasize that strong enough!!!!!
