Kitty prob.

My cat has a bad gauge or cut on his back foot. The skin paw part. Is it safe to use neosporin on it, IF HE LICKS IT??

Yes it is safe for you to use it on your cat however you do need to bandage it up so he cant lick it. Or they also have the cones to put around their necks so the cant get to the wounds. That is probably your best bet because you want to wound to be able to breathe but heal at the same time. Yeah it may look funny for a while but you'll be glad you invested in it !!!!!

If your still not sure it safe to use on your cat, call your local Vet, some Vets do have emergency hours. If it was a child you'd call the doctor, right? Anyways good luck to you and I hope you kitty recovers nicely. keep us posted okay!
