Poo suddenly smelling worse- is this a clinical sign for something?

Just notice one specially smelly poo today.
But not exactly lose or diarrheic.
Food is still the same - unless they ate some smelly bug by their own :-)
Lucky's poo is starting to get softer and I was wondering if I should give the worm pills again ( last time was in December and I will postpone those the more I can cos they had a long time taking those almost every month)
Can this be sign of some disease ou  metabolical problem?

Just pick a poo lab test and the result was negative for helmimthes end protozoaries as well as blood,and mucus.
That one was from Joy, cos we had  a lot of holidays here and some days girls went to toilet just at night so I couldnt get a sample.
The first day she did in the morning I was absolutely sleepy and throw away Lucky's poo
Since Joy did one in sequence and hers was a little soft as well I took that to the lab
The test would be ready only 6 days later so I bought the probiotic vet had suggested -for using in case situation get bad or exchange for another medicine need later on
Well, for about a week I had waited for thing to be solved by itself unsucessfuly.
Then,soon after I decided for the test the stuff get OK! Well, well...
At this moment all seems to be fine,poo is  a lot big,brown and consistent - but they are doing only in the morning ( they used to do at night either)
By the time it was not ok, it had some small parts yellowish ( only Lucky's one)
Vet wanted the test to be done that day, since some microorganisms die pretty soon so I had to return there the same day to ask about - they said test would be done but the results will be there till be checked .
Day 28 I will have eye doctor in Sao Paulo so i better keep that probiotic home for some time more... Just in case.

Hi Apple,

If it doesn't reoccur I wouldn't be too concerned.  But if it keeps up, I would suspect some sort of intestinal parasite.  Coccidia causes particularly smelly poop that tends to be a yellowish color. It is not a worm though, so wormer medicine won't work.
