Spaying my kitty

i just had my kitty thats about 1yr and ahalf s[ayed a week ago. I know that her surgery is deff more intensive than her brothers but i would assume she would start acting a lil normal by now not completly but some. She still wont use the litter box she just pees where she stands, eats til she pukes, wont get up to her food or water without me picking her up, she just cries until i do, also she has a lump around the insicion its not hard but its pretty big i have no clue what it is, should i worry about it? Could it be a blood clot?. But on the other hand shes finally walking around now and taking her meds. When should she start using the litter box again? ALso my two toher cats whcih are her brothers and theyve all grown up together wont stop hissing and growling at her is that normal and when will they be normal to her again they all usually hang out, sleep together, and eat together, but since the surgery they want nothing to do with her.??? PLEASE HELP

I just got my 6 month old kittie spayed. She's on pain killer and antiotics. She's doing great..... She has stitches on her belly that needs to be removed in 2 weeks. is it ok to put a bandage over the incision area where the stitches are from keeping her from licking it or removing the stitches? I refuse to put an e-collar on her.......

DEFINITELY call your vet.  This is not normal.  I would treat it as an emergency.

Unlike humans, cats do not baby themselves after surgery--generally they have to be confined to give themselves reasonable healing time.  This is completely out of the range of normal post-surgical behavior.

Yeah i dont know what your vet is saying either. I also had my boys fixed about 2 yrs ago and they were fine the next day too. Im assuming the vet you take your cat to is the one you work at? I would try somewhere else, as awkward as that will be,.

I know but the kicker is that i work in a vet office and the doctor told me that her belly is just swollen form the surgery. But he siad she should return to normal in another week. But i just thinks it really a long time for a cat to be out of there normal routine. i had expected maybe 4 days but not two weeks, i got her spayed so that i wouldnt have to worry anymore about her peeing in random places like she had been doing a month prior to her spay. I just have no clue where to go from here, bc i hate seeing her so helpless when just last week she was full of life, eating and drinkin on her own, using a litterbox, and playing with the other cats. But now its just all different she wont eat, drink or use the litter box, when im home she wont stay off my lap or shoulder (which is fine bc i love to give attention) but she cries when i put her down and just jumps back up like shes scared of something. I just dont think this behavior is normal i knew that she would change after the surgery but not like this.

I would take her to the vet..i had my girl cat fixed about 3 wks ago and that night she was eating and using the litterbox. You shouldnt have to worry about taking her to eat, she should want to. And the peeing where she stands doesnt seem right.
