cat will not feed

!8 month old cat. Thought it had been stood on by a horse, as it usually lives around the stables. Now think it has had a stroke. Been to vet, but he is not hopeful. We live on a very small island, not much enlish spoken. The cat is now in the house being cared for but is eating very little. Only interested in raw meat, which is not a problem. Sleeps most of the time.

Want the best for him, but do not know what to do any more.

Any advice welcome.

I'm very sorry to hear that.  I've been through similar situations and I know how difficult it is.

He spent his last hours cared for and knowing that you were there for him, which is a wonderful thing.

Afraid he did'nt make it, liver problems set in and he died yesterday.

I'm sorry to hear about your cat's problems.  

All you can really do is to keep caring for her and hope that she recovers.  This kind of thing is difficult to predict, you never know.

Just keep her comfortable and warm.  The raw meat is fine and try to get her to drink some water when you can.  

Otherwise, just give her lots of love and care.
