My cat is 7months old, and when she is sleeping, her hind legs are always tourette.Dreaming of her right?Or is it her sick?  She usually looks very healthy,Need I take her to see a doctor?

She is probably just dreaming.  Cats do that - they move their legs like they are running.  Also they twitch their faces.  Sometimes they even snore!

I'm sure she's fine.  If that's the only thing and she's healthy, then don't worry.
