my long haired tabby is vomiting

My long haired tabby is vomiting mostly clear foam. It's been a couple of days, and he does try to eat but it won't stay down. He has spurts of energy and still meows for food but something's not right.  He either ate a bee or maybe hairballs are an issue. Can't get him to a vet till I'm paid.what to do?

Work out a payment plan with yr Vet.... This kitty needs some tests done. Have hair balls been a problem? Do you give regular hairball lax? Regardless somethings not good, kitty has to be able to eat or it's going to get very much worse real quick.
