10 year old daughter out of control

My 10 year old daughter was diagnosed with ADHD a few years back. She really has shown no symptoms of this except for comprehension in school. She was fine at home. Now I am have severe behavior issues with her. She is lying constantly and she cries at the drop of a hat. She gets very angry and starts to hit herself. I am very concerned with these behaviors because I have Bi Polar and Borderline Personality Disorder. She has no friends because she talks about them and now every kid in the neighborhood wants to beat her up. I don't know what to do. I am afraid for her and I want to be a good parent but don't know how to handle this. Just last night she lied to a state trooper about an incident that supposibly happened at the bus stop. It never happened now this poor girl is introuble because of my daughter. Please any advise you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

We are having problems with our 10 year old daughter at school and home.she is constantly lying to us she never listens to us and she is causing trouble at home and school.She is always angry and she crys at the slightest little thing.We have tried everything we can think of but have not found a solution as yet.We just dont know what else to do with her.
