my child can't talk

I have 2and have year old girl. who's only word spoken so far is baba mamma and some other incoheternt words .singing whit any word to understand and she doesn't respond to me when i ask her th simplest thinkshe doesn't have any hearing problem.
please tell me what you think

Your posting reminds me of our nephew.  He did not speak any words until three years of age nor did he respond to verbal insructions (even his own name).  Later, he was diagnosed with PDD-NOS which is a form of high functioning autism.  It might be wise to contact your pediatrician for advice re this issue.   I wish you the best ...
