4 1/4 refusing to have BM in potty

My 4 1/2 son is refusing to use the toilet for his bowel movements. We have talked to his Occupational Therapist, Pediatrician and have tried every technique without luck. He cries and becomes very upset when we ask him to sit on the potty. He is completely trainined for urinating - even at night. What should be our next steps to get him trained?
