sick

My 2 1/2 year old makes herself so upset, when she doesn't get her way or sometimes of reasons I'm not sure, that she makes herself actually throw up. Sometimes we just give in to her so she won't throwup. Is this normal? What should I do?

So if she gets upset when you take her to bed, dont say anything simply walking her to her room read her a couple of stories and tuck her in, be calm and quiet ,she will see you meam business, do not react or feed in to the issue. It could be a case of mixed messages as maybe you do give in sometimes, mixed messages are then sent ,you have to be consistant with children, they get it then. when she gets mad' dont react and certainly dont over react as that is giving her attention and its negative attention, reward good behavior .Good Luck

sorry, it took so long to get back to you...  Well, she will get upset if she doesn't get her way pretty much. Like at bed time if she wants to stay up or if she wants to leave if we are somewhere, ect;  Nothing happens to her, she is our little princess and we get very fustrated that she acts that bad. I read somewhere that she just wants attention, but we give her all the attention in the world. She just gets very mad sometimes and we aren't sure why.
