my 3 year old daughter doesnt listen

My 3 year old daughter is very active at every thing.she is good at studies and other activities .but she is stubborn and doesnt listen to anyone .she doesnt listen to her teacher also in the class.If the teacher asks het to write she says she will write later,but she writes correctly after sometime.even at home she wants the things to happen the moment he asks.she will cry badly if it is otherwise.I do not know what to do.Sometimes she listens but most of the time she does'nt.please tell me what to do

At 3 year old studies can have less rules I would think, and maybe some laxity of time ,at home when she wants everything immediatly ignore it ,if she yells thats okay, if you give way she has won the battle, the answer is to comply if you can with what she wants, but if you are busy at that moment tell her,'I will help you shortly' if she yells simply say nothing , when she is quiet you then consider if you are ready to do what she wanted ...be consistant she will get ther message and wait .Good Luck
