6 years old and still acting out

Hey, i am 26 years old and i have three  kids 7yr, 3yr, and 6yr. My 6yr old give me a lot of problem.  he acts out from the time he wakes up intil it time for him to go to bed. when i ask him to to simple little thing he acts out. i try teaching him his numbers, colors, and letters, which he still doesn't no he cry and act out and say he can't he don't even try. When i tell  no about anything he yell out he hate me and that he don't love me he say don't want to live with me anymore.he also give his teachers a lot of problems also. i've tried talking to him to find out the problem but all he say is that i be mean to him all the time. i dont want to give up on him. i have tried i seem like everything. can you please help

thank you for this suggestion that really haven't cross my mind but its something to look into. I  was just thinking he was being lazy. but now that you have brought that to my attention im thinking may you're right. he doesn't know how to do a lot of things like tie his shoe, colors numbers, pull his shirt off etc. i show him how to do these thing everyday and he still don't know how. but he know how to work the tv, dvd player, play vidoe games. that why i don't understand

I'm wondering if there is not a learning issue here.  Has he been tested by the school for a learning disability?  I think that this might be the first place to start.  Hope this helps ...
