11 year old boy pooping his pants

My boyfriend's youngest son is 11 going on 12 and poops his pants and wets his pants.  On top of that he hides them all over in his closet and under his bed in his room.  My boyfriend got custody of him 3 years ago.  When we first got him it was all day and night, then he didn't do it anymore.  We took him to the doctors and the doctors said there was nothing physical wrong with him.  About six months age or so he came to us and said he was being sexual abuse when he goes on his mothers visit, we stop visit and took him to see someone to talk about it, but there was nothing found and the courts made us start visit's again.  He just told me again that this is happening again and his pooping his pants started all over again.  On top of that he is behind mental they think he has attachment disorder of some sort, what can we do??  Please help me...  Thanks

An attachment disorder alone can cause a child to do this.  If he does have an attachment disorder - he needs SERIOUS help from a traine professional.  It is a horrible disorder caused by abuse/neglect in early childhood.  (Horrible not just for them but for everyone around them.)  He does need to be evaluated to find out if he was sexually abused also.  How could the courts rule that it didn't happen if he was evaluated for it?

My first thought is definatly get him evaluated for abuse as he may be right, dont let it go, Who is at his Mothers house when he visits ,is he left alone with anyone? Can you speak to his Mom about it, does he do it at her house, there are a lot of questions here,You can and should protect this child and he is acting out. Do not punish him for the Behavior, the Fact he hides the Underwear shows you he knows it is wrong. Dont make a big issue it will cause more Anxiety than he must already have. You need Help for him.!!
