We cannot control if a child eats, speaks or goes to the bathroom.  You have lost that battle before you even start.  They have the power, once we get that thru our heads life can get a bit easier.  The more you make a deal of it, the harder it will be to get her to change/stop.  Accidents do happen.  Do not punish her.  Is there something in her world that has changed?  Is there a new baby, new marriage, new or different anything that could be bothering her??

Just listen to what her doctor says. If there was an issue they would catch it. Just stop making a big deal of it. NEVER punish a child for having an accident. Only punish them if they pee on the floor on purpose because they are angry. Once you relax about it she will too and then everyone will be happy. All kids are different and some don't potty train as quickly as others. It's pretty normal to have a accidents at 3 and 4 years old.
