I'm not quite sure what you're asking.
Yes, calm children with good manners are always a positive influence on children. That's why parents try to get their children to befriend the more well behaved kids in a class, and they get invited to all the birthday parties and playdates.
I do think you need to do more behavior modification/digging into why she behaving so poorly, beyond trying to get her around calmer children. If it's true that she's "always" in the red at school, that won't be tolerated much longer before they come up with a behavior plan to change that.
