My four year old son does not listen to anyone

my 4 year son is very naughty and aggressive and do not listen to anyone.I am getting constant complaints from school as well as he fights and do not study at all. he is very violent and do not want to study at all.i tried every thing but i am not able to handle him,he is getting worse day by day please help what to do?

Are the fights at school stared by him or could others also be involved ? any bullying going on ask teacher to supervise them more .is he violent at home, how does this demonstrate itself.
