Constant twitching, tired all the time, 5 years old- help please

My neice: She's constantly twitching in her left eye, her head nodding in that direction with each twitch (which is betwenn 3-5 seconds). She seems tired all the time, although she's eating and sleeping normally...

Can you help me figure out what may be wrong?

Sounds like a tic.

Has this been going on for a long time?    Is she on medication for ADHD?

I would advice you to take your child to aspecialist.  some times these twitches can be signs of something that needs medical attention.
