Bad daycare behavior

My 4 year old son cannot behave in daycare. He has been in 4 different facilities. The last daycare provider lasted 2 days. This is the list of things he did in 1 day.
1.  talked backed to teachers
2.  fought with other kids over toys
3.  defiant and rude at the lunch table
4.  wouldn't take a nap woke up 10 kids by yelling and hitting them.
5. throwing time out bean bag. Hitting window with bean bag over and over when told to stop. yelled at the teacher, 'you cant make me".
6. smacking other kids around
7. ran outside twice during class
8. When asked to help  clean up he ran upstairs to the loft and hit the teacher numerous times while screaming.
9. kicked time out bench into vent on the wall.

I am frustrated and I feel like giving up. PLEASE HELP.

and are there any consequences at home when this happens after a daycare nightmare?
or is it over once he leaves daycare/ I am not judging either way, just know there are some that think once they have received discipline at school then it is over- Could you tell us 1>what a normal day scenario is at home- weekends and after school?
2> what a normal day scenario is after inappropriate behavior at daycare- hitting teacher etc.

and we have all been there- wanting to give up- we are here for support- there will be several of us that offer strict discipline and of course some that will not.
Not sure what your style is- but you will get plenty of support.

How is the home structure? Does he show any signs of this behavior at home? Any other children? How much socialization has your child had with other children?

There are a number of possibilities here. He may not be well adjusted to socializing with other kids. He may get alot of attention for being the only child at home and acting out for attention. He could be acting out because it is a new and unfamiliar place and he is acting out of fear.

Also, the daycare should have let him stay longer than 2 days. I dont think that was long enough to give him an oppurtunity to change his behavior and get "normalized" with their structure.
