Itching

I am 10 years old and have suffered with itching for about a month. There has been some itching during the day but mainly before and in bed, especially my face and my arms. Cool cotton sheets helped a bit. My parents think part of this is mental, my father says I never see you itching. I have used Sulphur 30c which seemed initially to help. Today I have started to use Urtica Urens and hope this may help.
Does anyone have any comment?

It sounds like an allergy ..have you a rash what is it like, it it raised itchy bumps .?  Have you changed the shower gel you use,or shampoo,any new creams or lotions , it could also be a food allergy,you would need to speak to the doctor about it.Hydrocortisone creams may help with the itch also a cold/cool wet cloth on the itching area ..good luck
