Troubled 7 Year

My son is 7 and he is ADHD.I just don't know what to do about his behavorial problem.He yells at me says he hates ME,that I'm ugly,and he wants a new mommy and daddy,and when we spank or ground him he says I'm calling the cops.We have tryed evrything on him and nothing seems to be working.We spank,we ground him,and nothing.I'm about to lose it.Does anybody have any suggestions.I just don't know what to do anymore.He needs help.

there are many times when u should allow a child but yelling at u and saying he hates u and wants a new mommy and daddy ARE NOT AMONG THOSE TIMES
and threatening to call police; DO IT
u don't need to be rough or yell but u need to call his bluff
IF HE HAS THIS POWER OVER U NOW, u will have NOAUTHORITY when he is 12 if he does not change and u might as well hand him over the state and let someone else raise him
so deal with this, call his bluff, call the police and ask for their help
what does his Psych Dr. tell u to do
when he does this unacceptable behavior; how much time do u immediately spend with him because I would suggest at least an hr in close confined personal communication WITHOUT any distractions

Your child speaks very roughly to you. Do you speak roughly to him? You spank him and punish him. That does not bring out a child's gentler side. I would seriously consider the home's ambiance and your role in training and discipline. Try to bring the emotions down a notch. Not just his, but yours as well.

Yes he does need help and I suggest you stop spanking ..it does'nt work, all it does is he will copy , he learned it from you, and he will do it to others ...so when you get that message from school about your child hitting other children you will know who taught that behavior to him....What meds is he on for the ADHD some of these meds have side effects , and he may need the dosage or the med  changing,I suggest a visit to the doctor .
