Masturbation

Hi I been doing it since I was 12. I stopped doing it often about a month ago, mostly because I just couldn't enjoy it, and I wished I never started but I did when I always had a heart on I always felt dumb because it seemed close to 24/7 but now I have slowly notice that I haven't been able to masturbate as long (10min about), it really sad compared to when I started. I'm worried this might make it hard to have sex with girlfriend/wife, seeing if I can give her an orgasm.

I read for awhile and keep seeing it normal, Is there website maybe explaining how this works and how it can help? Any other suggestions would be nice too.
