My 6 years old daughter behavior problem

My 6 years old daughter is displaying two different behaiour at home and school

In school, she is always being passive, not socializing, don't have many friends, however she doesn't have problem in
understanding teacher questions or instructions. Basically, if onone approach her in class, she will sit there an be
an observer.

At home, she is vocal, fighting over toys with her sister, jealousy, unwilling to learn new things. I observed whenever
there are more than two children at home. I often hear her taunting and provoking the other kids and eventually they don't want to play with her.  She often cries and says that her cousin (boy, 10 years old ) doesn't like her, only play
with her cousin (girl, 6 years).

Compare to her cousin of same age, she can never finish reading a book by herself, no intertest in anything, wondering around the house doing nothing.

One observation we have is she always giggle at home for no reason, for example, when her 2 years old sister wet her pant this morning, she just laughed at it which we find is not funny at all.

I wonder how can we change her social skill and learning attitute, and stop her jealousy.

You are right it does sound like she has some jealousy Issues and her siblings get more attention than she does, .I can understand a child giggling when a younger child wets her pants, its a kid thing and it would seem funny . Focus on her positive side and praise her when you see her doing something right. When she is taunting and provoking the other children she is really trying to get attention and negative attention is better than none , cut her some slack .and you will see how it will change her attitude. Good luck
