8 year old won't wipe!!

I have an 8 year old son who (sorry for the TMI) refuses to wipe his tush after having a BM!!!! I don't know what to do anymore. I have kid wipes in both bathrooms where he can easily reach them, but after doing random tush checks - I still see that he's not wiping!!!!!!

Unless he literally stinks, or unless you suspect he has encopresis, I would let the topic drop.  If he has encopresis, it might be slipping out without his awareness at other times, and have nothing to do with wiping.

you do random 'tush checks on an 8 year old, I can imagine he wouldnt like that , to see if he wipes his tush may I ask why?
