PLZ HELP!

My brother is 12 years old and suffering from delayed milestone. When he was born , he was suffering from extreme jaundice. According to medical report ofthe time when he was 3 ,
MULTIPLANAR IMAGINING DONE THROUGH BRAIN ACQUIRING T1/T2W1 SAGGITAL,CORONAL AND AXIAL SEQUENCE.
There is high signal abnormality noted in the peri-lateral ventricular region predominantly in the peri occipital horns. There is mild to moderate delatation of patent cavum septum. The lateral 3rd and 4th ventricled appear normal.Enlarged adenoids noted both maxillary antra and ethmoid sinuses demondtrates mucosal thickening and fluid collection.
IMPRESSION:Moderately dilated patent cavum septum pellucidum.High signal abnormality on T2W1 sequence in the peri lateral ventricular region.
POSSIBILITY:Leukodystrophy.Clinical correlation is advised."

He is quite sensitive e.g likes water in summers and heat in winter. He picks things quickly like by looking at the computer he notices mouse pointer on screen and also tries it. By repeted practice , he easily works on it.At the age of 2 , he started walking but now he cant walk as the doctor has told that his feet muscle are week. He exerts his weight on his toes instead of heels. An amazing thing is that he likes to listen to music. When he feels hungry, he cries and speaks few words like DA DA.He is able to hear and has got voice and does not give attention to what others say to him.
Please tell about its treatment.

I am uncertain which forum you can go to, I was going to say a mental heath issue forum but it may not be that , go to the site and browse through they may be able to direct you anyway .   another help maybe to google the medical term and see what comes up ..good luck

kinky,  I think this is going to be beyond what the board can help you with - has he been evaluated by an occupational therapist?   Your profile doesn't say what country you are in or what your access to any kind of health care is -

Best wishes.
