Six year old put toy in his bottom

I am at a lost on how to handle this or what todo... My six year old who is outgoing very bright and has no behavior issues except usual ones was playing at a very close friends house. The friend told me that she walked Into the room where he was playing with her daughter almost 5 and her pants was down. I questioned him about it and he said he had created a game of putting a toy in your but! He also said he had done this to himself and it didnt hurt when he was standing up only when he stood down, i asked the normal questions of did someone do his to you? Did you see this somewhere? Where you trying to hurt her or yourself? All no answers... I didn't get the feeling that he is being abused but why would he do this? Is this the sign of some sort of disorder. My husband thinks he must have seen it on a cartoon and is copying it. Am I over analyzing this? PLEASE HELP,

Honestly I wouldn't worry too much. I'm a dad of 3 boys. Its just curiosity. My oldest has done it twice and often has his fingers in his bottom. I'm trying to teach him about privacy but he's 5 and doesn't quite understand. My youngest 2 are twins. I have caught them sticking things in each others bottoms. I figure they have seen this from their big brother. I tell them that it is not a good thing and not to do it. They are 3 and don't listen. I really would just put it in the curiosity category. Its normal for children to be curious and experiment. Just keep a better eye on them is all u can do.
