child with rude words coming all the time

we have a seven yesr old male with a shunt lately he has told me rude words are coming to his mind like kill. kill his friends and kill his teacher etc. but lately he has started doing odd things like scratching his name in big letters on my 2000 dollar desk. i can get over that if i know whats wrong any suggestions. also he keeps telling me it makes him sad. could it be autism related im so worried

I would start with a neurologist. If it isn't neurological, he can most likely suggest the next step. But I would do it quickly.

May I ask if he is your child the phrasing suggested not ...I think that it would be a good idea to take him to the doctor as something is certainly upsetting him, has he siblings, has he access to a Computer or TV where he may be seeing/hearing such things ?
