Split them up moreinto seperate rooms and check out who starts it ,could be the 6year old if there is some jealousy of attention the 3 year old gets. If its the 6 year old dont blame the younger one ,put the 6 year old in time out for starting it. be aware of who is the culprit ..Equal attention for both make sure the older one doesnt feel left out .Good luck
