my 3 year old son i need help asap

well long story i have i have a 3year and a 1 year old. they are in foster care right now and i have seen my son do things he has never done before  he is sticking his finger in his month to make him slef sick and he stared to do stuff to dolls in the parvite parts and the part that is more worring me he does not liek the foster mom i have seen in my eyes i she want to make sure that this is not a normal thing for a 3 year old to do before i take my action can someone help me with the answers plz and thanks

Its hard isnt it to see your children being looked after by others ,I think it would be a good idea to ask the social worker on the case what they think about this behavior, I am gathering that there is a reason you do not have them for the moment and I hope things works out for you,as this is a concern I do believe that for them and you it would be best to speak to someone involved in the matter.
