my 4 yrs old(pretending to be a monster)

my 4 year old has 2 problems, first he likes to pretend he is a movie monster and pretends to do the scences from the movie,he never uses any objects,he pretends he has a knife or hes a zombie and motions with his hands, this is not a
everyday thing only when he get reminded aboout a movie or his siblings are watching a scary movie.is this a normal
behavior of pretend? secondly, we have a small dog,and he shows alot of love for the dog,but he gets really pushy with
the dog,he loves to aggravate the dog and make the dog growl at him,and he likes to chase the dog around the house and confind the dog in a certain spot.also he likes to throw stuff at the dog.but when he knows the dog could have been hurt or we correct him on it he is quick to say hes sorry and shows the dog love.is this normal?
i have two older children and they both went through the pushy behavior and grew out of it but i see so many diffrent books thats say that its nont normal...

About playing monsters:
If you have a problem with the type of behavior he's learning from movies, stop him from watching those type of movies.  It's normal behavior for children to imitate what they watch and learn.  My son was a NINJA TURTLE last year and is SPIDERMAN at the moment.

About the dog:
Don't teach him to just apologize to the dog.  Teach him that bothering the dog in any way but a loving way is absolutely not acceptable.  He shouldn't be allowed to treat the pet any different from the way he'd treat a person.  Even enforce misbehavior with discipline about it if necessary.

these behaviors are normal for a child who is exposed to movies that he should not be watching.

Acting like a movie monster is 100% normal.

Bullying pets is typical,  but not something anyone wants to see in their child!  Probably 1/4 or somewhere around that number kids do that.  It's a power thing,  and it usually flows downhill.

Is he being bullied by his siblings?
