my uncles baby(4yr old) is having masterbation problems. it just seems to get worse and worse. is there any way to make it a little better. apparently shes allergic to her discharge. she gets rashes on her private part when she does it and after wards. she is potty training but only when shes with her dad(my uncle) and when shes is with her mom shes wearing the dipper. even if its not to long after she gets her dipper dirty but if she masterbates thats when the rash gets worse. need to know where he can get some help for his daughter and how we/he can make it a little easier with this problem. thank you for your time and please respond ASAP. thank you again.

I suggest that this child is taken to see the Doctor for an examination I do not like the sound of anything you have told us here, so please have her taken and examined I do not think the behavior you describe is normal and she needs help .
