I have a friend with a six year old that has started doing that as well.  Strange, but you are not the only one.  I have my own drama as well.  My son who is turning 3 in a month has been peing on the potty since he was 2 on demand has never pooped for me.  If you set him on the potty and ask him to pee he will look down and push out pee.  He will not tell me if he has to pee.  I don't know how to get him to tell me when he has to go. If I don't bring him, he will just pee his pants.  I am going bonkers........

My four year old was potty trained from 2-3 even at night. Then at 3 years old, she started peeing her pants about 2-3x a week for the past year. Now, she often will pee 2-4x a day and just this past week, SHE STARTED POOPING HER PANTS 1-2X A DAY. I'm going crazy. She is 4.

Well, there's always the M&Ms method.  One M&M for going potty in the toilet, two for poop.  Also, one must consider how receptive the children are to the potty training.  Sometimes they just aren't ready and you have to accept that.

With our son we started trying to train him when he was in his early 2s and he just wasn't ready and it was getting frustrating for everyone involved, so we took a break from that.  When we tried potty training again a few months later he was ready for it and it was REALLY EASY!  Good luck!
