my 4 year old daughter is at crech lately she started dirtyng her pants she has never ever done this and this only happens at school she can go to the toilet at school when ever she wants i am not sure why this is happening why does she do this and how do i solve the problem

You say she can go at school whenever she wants ,does that mean that she can just get up and wander out of the room or have they to ask the teacher ?Not all children do this ,so perhaps ask the teacher to remind her to go, some schools do not have enough'potty' breaks teachers need a little reminding that children dont always ask to go ...
