pulled down friends pants - 5 years old

Hello,
My son is 4 1/2 years old. He was at a friends house the other day and pulled his friend's pants down and lightly bit him on the butt. They were fooling around and apprently it went to far. I asked him to apologize, put him in time out and had a discussion with him about his behavior. Is this normal 4 year old boy behavior or should I be concerned? Thank you

I think this is pretty typical behavior, especially if they were fooling around. I think you did the right thing by giving him a consequence.
