repeating words

my 4year old niece has started repeating words
when asking questions she starts off saying your name  over and over about six times before she  can finish a statement.  if she say mom, mom,mom and you interupt she will start all over until she said mom 6 or 8 times then she will finish her statement. i know this is not normal i am
very worried because something has changed she has always had some trouble with speech. she had a studder, but this is far different.

Its hard to say something about your neice too ud want to be careful esp if ytour sister is like mine and would go on what do i know but you dont have to have kids to know something isnt rite. Is your neice in a creche playschool yet her spech would be helped by being round other kids her age has she had a development check up the heatlh nurse would pick up on it and maybe send her for speech and language teraphy if needed and then she mite just grow out of it. I have a 3 and a half year old and she picks up on everything so quick that she mite be just over excited . Just if your going to say something to your sister/ brother she mite think your critizing her bout her parenting good luck hgope i helped or didnt make it sound even worse i wouldnt wory bout it too much there is lots of help out there
