5yr old urinating around the house while asleep

within the past wk there have been 3 times where i have put my son to bed at 7:30, and around 11pm i have found him asleep in a different room where he has also urinated either on his bedroom floor, in his brothers room and the last time was in the hall way, i spoke to him about it the first time it happened and just put it down to him being tired and made sure he was getting enough sleep and going to bed early. When i spoke to him i got the impression he had no idea that he did it and he doesnt seem to know why he goes back to sleep somewhere else other then back to his bed. The third time i found him asleep on the couch after he had urinated in the hall way, i tried to pick him up and put him back into his bed this seem to scare him when he realised i was there but still not fully awake. My son has been fully toliet trained at night for the past 3 mths and over this time if he has needed to go to the toliet at night he has woken and gone to the toilet and then back to bed, The strange things is it seems to be around the same time every night, between 10:30-11:00pm. Could you please give me some insight as what is happening and if i should see someone about this.

If he seems to be sleep walking it perhaps would be a good thing to get him checked out at your Doctors, it is also good to look behind this behavior to find out if he is upset about anything, how does he get on with his brother is the brother older or younger? How is he at school do the teachers speak well of him.Get him to take his last drink early in the evening as if he is going this much how much liquid is he taking on board at night.
