my son is 3 and he his very uncontrollable. and he express's his self in a very angry way alot of times. he trys to fight me. he brecks things and he cant keep a toy for long befor he takes it apart.

Tantrums are a normal part of development frustration.Distraction works well before t gets out of hand, what happens prior to the tantrum, what triggers it, consider the childs request if he has one and accomodate it if you can, give choices, children respond better when given a choice instead of a demand.There is a good book you may want to read it is called SOS Help for Parents by Lynn Clark.
