my 5 yearo ld son say that he has aliens in his head and they tell him not to listen to me he is very smart and extremely active he des have migraines that he has been diagnosed with for about 1year now he take medicine daily for them but he talks to him self all the time today he finally told me he had aliens in his head which scared me to death when he was 3 he would talk of a little girl talking to him

You have to go to the doctor, it might be some psych issues what you should take care as soon as possible.

i had thught of that too thats why i didnt pay too much attention to it when he first said it but then he started talking to him self more and more which k fine but then he tried to drown the puppy in the pool when asked why all he could say was i dont knw then a couple weeks later he tried to seriously hurt his 1year old brother same thing when he was asked why he said i dont know and loOKED AS IF HE WAS IN A TRANCE im scared for my son now i dont know what is going on in his lil mind

   I agree with allmymarbles.  And very smart kids can quickly figure out that if they say something like that, they can get out of being punished for things the "alien" told them to do.

Many children have imaginary friends. Why not imaginary aliens?
