why my daughter can't speak and she is 5 years old

Hello,
I am a mother, my daughter is 5 years old.
She can not communicate.
she can ready a-z, all the blends like ba be bi bo bu etc, she can count 1-100 while pointing. she can write up to 20 or more. she knows all the shapes and colours.
but she can not initiate to communicate, or she can not participate with a single word in the discussion.

Tanzania, we don't have a speech therapist or neurologist for children. I have taken my daughter everywhere in Tanzania but all the Doctors they were not able to know the problem.

she can not concentrate much and know what is happening to the environment, but when there something good and she it interested she will come fast. like BBC carton you will see her coming running if she here they carton are talking.BUT always she is in the movement.
she can sing too.
before she was not able to name or repeat any object if you ask her to do. but she is now able to repeat what you tell her to repeat. very few question she can answer like if you ask her her name, school, name of ther father, mother, brother or uncle.she recognise the people in the family like mother, father, grandfather, uncle.

she started nursery school one year ago. she does the mathermatics like addition but only small numbers.she does colouring etc.
BUT very difficult to follow instruction, example, I can tell her to bring her shoes and she will do if close to her,but she can not go to another room to take or bring something.

Please help me, I am very confused. I have been looking for help since she was 3 years old but no help received. I have seen your communication with some people with a bit same case like mine.

Please help me how to go about.

Many thanks and stay blessed!

The description of your daughter reminds me very much of my nephew.  He is now an adult.  A few years ago, he was diagnosed with PPD - NOS which is a high functioning form of autism.  I might suggest you google phrases as "autism spectrum" or "degrees of autism" or "PDD NOS autism" or similar words/phrases to see if any of the descriptions remind you of your daughter.  Hope this helps ....
