worried and need to rant

I have a 3year old neice  and a 6 year nephew. I know my nephew has been touched' my neice I recently cough watching dirty videos and now she's telling hwe brother dirty jokes...I ask her and she cryes and shuts down. I'm scared something happened . .I know the signs Cuz I too as a younger child have had more than enough of the bad touch experience. . I told her mom and she just kinda ends the topic right there...I'm worried what can I do without over stepping

Yes it was the 3 year old girl both times(joke and video) nd it was on her iPad (my neice) at her moms house

   A little confused on who is doing what.  You said, "she's telling hwe brother dirty jokes...I ask her and she cryes and shuts down."    So you are saying that it is the 3 year old who is telling her brother dirty jokes?   and you said, "my neice I recently cough watching dirty videos."   Was it your niece watching the dirty videos?  What was she/him watching the videos on and was this at your house?
   All kind of confusing.

This makes me just want to cry and help them!! Plz dont stop being worried. If your sister just acts as if nothing tgen you personally talk too whoever you can to help. And tell your nephew how ugly and bad doing those things are. It CANNOT GO ON
