Green rubbery stools in 2 month old

I have a two month old baby and for the past couple days, when she has a bowel movement, she acts like she ishaving an extremely hard time going.  When I go to change her diaper there is a fairly large, rubbery green piece of stool.  I've only probed it with the diaper and at least it seems to have a rubbery texture.  I just wanted to make sure she is not constipated.

As long as the stool is not hard and she is not straining to go then she is not constipated. Suggest trying to give her a few extra ounces of water if the 'rubbery' stool continues.

I had just started formula from breast.  I started her out on soy formula.  She's not lactose intolerant that I know of, but I was sensitive to formula so I just started her on that to be safe.

Is she breast-feed or formula feed?
