High B12 and Folate Serum

I took my son to the doctor because he was having stomach problems and from his knees down, nothing but little bruises. He is a normal child. Weight gain is hard, but other than that he is active.
When he was 3 years old we rented a bed from a rental company. 1 month later we thought he had chicken pox. When the Dr decided it wasn't that he thought my son was having an allergic reaction to something. Turns out 4 months later I was checking on him in the middle of the night only to find him covered in bed bugs. Ever since then his white and red blood count has been off. I was told by the Dr that that was normal because he had been infected so long and it probably would never change ( better or worse ).
Back to going to the Dr recently...
She did some blood work. His Neutrophils are low, Monocytes are high, Eos are high and ferritin are low.
The thing that I'm most confussed about are his  B12 and Folic acid levels. They are B12: 1543 and Folate: >19.9
Should I be concerned about this?
I guess my most concerning question is...
Instead of anemia are these blood results a sign of leukemia?

How can B12 at 1543 and Folate at 19.9 be normal? B12 is supposed to be 211-946 and folate >3.0 . If Iron is low then shouldn't I just give him iron?

Vitamin B12 ranges for children are 200-900pg/mL. and Folate is >6 ng/mL. Reason for such wide range is due to vitamin B12 are in our tissues plus in the blood so it is difficult to have a true reading. He also may have eaten some foods higher in Vitamin B12 and folate before the blood was drawn which may have caused the levels to be a little higher, too. If his levels were below normal, then you need to be worried. I just suggested having his Iron levels done to see what they were because Vitamin B12, Folate, and Iron are very closely related.

His Vitamin B12 and Folate are normal levels. If his iron levels were low, suggest a daily chewable children multi-vitamin with iron.
