Bleeding after swab test

Not sure if I have chlamydia yet. But I got the test done today(Friday). This is my second time since they messed up my sample that was done two days ago(wednesday).
Is it normal to be bleeding after urethral swab test? Is there anything I could do over the weekend(or I shouldn't do?)

Hi there -

I'm sorry you keep going through this.  

You might be bleeding because the cervix becomes what's called friable, which really just means its irritated and bleeds easily.  This is common with chlamydia and other vaginal infections.

However, how much are you bleeding?  Are you spotting, or is it like a period?

I wouldn't have sex while you are bleeding (and you should be having protected sex if you suspect chlamydia), and I might avoid using tampons.  

Other than that, do what is comfortable.

OK then how much are you bleeding?  

Its not common, no.  If its still bleeding tomorrow, then you need to call the doctor.
