Chlamydia to women from cunnilingus?

If a man has chlamydia in the mouth or throat. Can he give it to a female by performing Cunnilingus on her?

Well having oral chlamydia is rare at best, then trasmission to a female in that method is also rare. So while possible the odds are heavily against.
