Question regarding Rectal Chlamydia

Recently I was tested positive for Rectal Chlamydia. I got it from someone with whom I had receptive anal sex. If I did not have receptive anal sex with anyone else except him, is it still possible to pass it on to someone else  ?

Don't really understand what your question exactly is. If you have tested positive and have not medicated then yes. If you have medicated then no unless you had sex before or during medication.

You should use condoms and you should test for HIV 3 months post exposure.

My question was that incase I had tested positive for rectal chlamydia, but before I got medicated I did have insertive anal sex and oral sex, is it still possible to transmit it even though I had rectal chlamydia ?

If you only had rectial chlamydia then you could pass it if you received unprotected anal sex.
