I was found to have IgM positive for Chlamydia, but swab then, tested negative. I suspect that I got it some years ago from my previous partner. I have not been sexually active after that. Should I be worried about infertility?

I'm sorry, the blood test wass IgG, not IgM.

Believe the swab test not the IgG test. Never screen for genital Chlamydia with blood antibody titers..PERIOD. Hope everyone will read this.. Sorry you wasted your money on the blood test.

the infection cleared by itself. should i be worried about infertility? as i did not know how long I had it.
