I Know I'm Probably Just A Worrier

But, I have been rather concerned. And maybe wondering if anyone has suggestions. Over the past week, I was sick with a fever. It was just a sore throat/cold flu. Had me on bed rest for a few days. Now, what I'm curious about is whether it is normal for there to be diarrhea to occur after having a cold flu? I feel like I have a lot of energy, but I've seem to lost my appetite after being sick for so long. Does anyone have any suggestions what might make my stomach feel better and my diarrhea to go away? Since it's not really a 'throw up' type of feeling, its just a nauseated feeling and everytime I have some food, it doesn't want to settle well.

Any suggestions would be great! I know I'm a worrier but this has been going on the last few days and I'm just rather curious.
