Swine Flu (H1N1)

Never thought I'd get it but I did... started out with my little brother and has now spread throughout my entire family. I am getting over it though but I do have a question...

Today I woke up with a pain in my left forearm, it is in one spot and very painful. It hurts even more when I move my hand a certain way or when I push on the location of the pain. It spreads to my hand, upper arm, as well as armpit but the pain is very dull in those areas.

I have a similar pain in my left leg mostly right below the knee but occasionally right above my knee. I've noticed that I'll also get small pains in my left side at my waist, but this pain is also very dull.

The pain also will go from my back right under my left shoulder blade to my chest right under my left breast abd occasionally from right inbetween my shoulder blades up into my shoulders. (pain varies from dull to moderate)

If anyone knows what it could be I would love to hear any ideas that I could research.

Even if you don't know what it is do you think this is something I should be concerned about especially considering I still have the flu.
