What is wrong with me!?!?

So this is my third time being sick in about 2 months. First time I got sick it was just a cold that lasted a couple days, then about 2/3 weeks later I get the same thing. A couple nights ago my body started aching and I just thought it was because of this workout that I'm doing because it is pretty intense. So I go to sleep and keep waking up throughout the night and the next morning I have an extremely bad headache, my entire body aches, and I have a cough. My head isn't that warm and I don't have a stomach ache. But I can barely eat anything, food's not appetizing at all. For over a month I have been taking liquid vitamins, zinc, vitamin c, and apple cider vinegar. I don't know why I keep getting sick. I don't remember the last time I was this sick to this degree. I workout out daily. I just started this workout over a week ago where I go to the gym 6 days a week and it includes a lot of cardio, which I am not used to. Am I over working myself. Someone help me because I don't know what is wrong with me. I don't get sick that much so this is very frustrating.

Thanks for the advice everyone. Most of the aching has gone away and i feel more normal, just really weak and a little dizzy. But my cough has gotten really bad and the phlegm doesn't want to go away and it is still pretty hard to sleep.

being sick isn't fun. i hav e been fortunate enough to only get sick once or twice a yr. I take a multi vitamin for  women from the health food store and vitamin c as well. the other thing i do when i feel something starting to come on i warm up  pure apple juice with cinnamon in it . beacause the apple juice heated as you drink it ssends the bad germ to your stomach where it will die. I also gargle with warm salt water once or twice a week. another good one is lemon and hot water that helps cleanse. I got these tips from the health nurse as my daughter had the H 1 N 1 flu. she was so sick but i didn't even have to take her to emerg. these home remedies helped. I hope this helps as i am not an expert but these tips see4m to work for me and my family. take care and all the best. Lori

I do believe you are over working yourself and your body is giving you signs that you need to take it easy. All the vitamins in the world can't work good alone. You still need to eat right and get a good amount of sleep at night. You probably had a virus that you thought was over but actually stayed dormant in your system and never really left. I would continue working out but to a lesser degree seeing how intense work outs break the muscles down and tears them before building them back up. When the body already feels weaken its not hard to catch things like the common cold. I would also take something like day/nite quil and to really make sure its out of your system I would wear heavy clothing so that you get a good sweat.
I hope that was helpful and feel better!! ;))
