Could this be something serious, or just a cold?

I'm a 15/y old female. Hypochondria runs in my family, and it makes life miserable to say the least. The day before yesterday, I got done drinking tea and all of a sudden my throat felt really sore. I live in a dry state, so maybe it could be that, but I've lived here for years. Anyways, I just thought that it was the dryness. But yesterday, I began to feel nauseated to my head. I felt the sides of my head hurting and this tingly, weird sick feeling as well. My body has been aching and I felt very hot and got chills. Fast forward to early in the morning the next day, which is today. Ever since I woke up from sleeping 80% of yesterday, the chills and possible fever has gone down. However, I've been hydrating a lot, but I still feel nauseated to my head, and just nauseous in general. I still have a headache and my lower back/lower stomach still aches. All I ate was this snack bar and I felt fine for about 5 minutes, and now i feel sick again. The sore throat has almost entirely disappeared. When I urinated, the urine was almost a clear yellow, which means I should be fine with hydration. Could this be the flu, dehydration, or stress, or me simply close too starting my cycle? My head is killing me, and I feel like vomiting after drinking water. Whenever i tell my parents how I'm feeling, they just brush it off as "oh, she's just been googling things again". For example, back in 2016, I tried hanging myself and nobody believed me and I felt like i had to go back to the mental hospital, but they thought I was lying for attention. I have really bad mental conditions, but that's not related to this. I'm sorry for talking so much, I'm just worried and I don't want it to be something serious like cancer, because that scares the crap out of me. Trust me, if i could live I'm a hospital, I'd move real quick because then I'd feel more calm, knowing I could get help right away instead of worrying about bothering my parents. Does anybody know if it sounds normal or bad?
